Intact is seeking a highly skilled Citrix Administrator with at least seven years of experience. You will oversee Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and virtual environments while enhancing performance and reliability through optimal configurations. Responsibilities also include participating in cloud migration projects and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Citrix environments including XenApp and XenDesktop
• Implement monitoring and tuning strategies for optimal performance
• Provide Level 3 support for complex Citrix issues
• Collaborate with security teams to maintain infrastructure
• Create documentation for processes and training
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of Citrix administration experience
• Proficient in Citrix products and Windows Server OS
