What is the opportunity?As a Senior Client Relationship Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for account management, focusing on post-sales activities, complex contractual and plan design inquiries, and the installation of new business through client strategy. You will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth within the region.What will you do?
Identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver exceptional service to achieve regional sales targets while promoting group block retention and persistency rates.
Independently address client and advisor inquiries, determining appropriate actions for complex issues with minimal management involvement. Proactively recommend solutions to enhance problem resolution.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with producers, group plan administrators, and advisors to foster collaboration and trust.
