Senior Commercial Manager

Senior Commercial Manager (SCM) is the commercial conscience and contract custodian for major outsourcing agreements within a defined sector. The SCM acts as the guardian of margin and risk management, working closely with the Client Partnering and Client Services leadership teams to provide commercial support from implementation to exit, preventing contract erosion, reducing contractual risk and creating commercial value.

This is a hybrid role working one day per week at our AMS office in Toronto Downtown.

Responsibilities

• Review contractual key events and obligations to identify material deviations.
• Identify opportunities to generate value for AMS and our clients and enhance margins (e.g., business development, revenue leakage or scope reviews) and ensure commercial is present during critical moments.
