**Job Summary/Purpose:**

Assist in the development, management and execution of internal and external communications strategies for the incident response business function, in alignment with the company. Develop stories that can be used with all stakeholders across channels to help tell the story of becoming the premier utility. Work with the company’s Public Information Officer as a core member of the communications team supporting Entergy’s incident response function year-round, including severe weather, system emergencies, operational events and crisis activation.
