Senior Consultant

Trauma Care Alberta (TCA), under Acute Care Alberta, is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead and advance provincial trauma care initiatives that improve access, quality, outcomes, and value in trauma care. This role provides strategic expertise in quality improvement, change management, and implementation science to support evidence‑informed, sustainable service delivery across Alberta. Working in close collaboration with health system leaders, clinicians, and operational teams, the Senior Consultant drives complex provincial initiatives, fosters innovation, and strengthens system‑wide alignment in trauma care. This provincial role offers flexible location options and is eligible for remote or hybrid work within Alberta. While most meetings are virtual, the role sometimes requires travel, to collaborate with partners and support local implementation teams.
