Senior – Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) Senior Member – Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) in Canada. Provide advisory on IFRS, ASPE, US GAAP, internal controls over financial reporting, and related process improvements for clients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Help finance leaders address challenges and changes facing their business and manage the resulting impacts on the accounting and finance function.

Partner with clients on acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, GAAP conversions, optimization/restructuring, accounting standards policy implementation and convergence.

Remediate pre‑existing material weaknesses or significant deficiencies in the control framework and assist with the design and implementation of internal controls over financial reporting.

Create innovative commercial insights for clients and drive improvements in business processes.
