Overview

As a Senior Workplace Consultant and Lead Strategist, you will serve as the bridge between organizational vision and the physical environment. In this high-impact role, you will be nimble and multi-faceted, acting as a strategic advisor to C-Suite clients while driving integrated business development within our brokerage teams. You will lead the Strategy-First approach, ensuring that real estate decisions are rooted in data, culture, and operational efficiency.

Working in a collaborative, rapid-growth structure, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of Workplace Consulting, from high-level intelligence and hybrid modeling to design oversight and change management, supporting the successful delivery of national and global mandates.
