Senior Consultant-Learning About the role: The Learning Consultant will partner with the OCM Team, Trainers, Business units subject matter experts and IT functional team to design, support development, delivery and measure learning effectiveness for a Transformation Program. The Learning Consultant will collaborate to update learning materials to facilitate achievement of the individual business unit’s and organizational goals pre and post training delivery.

Provide training development support and oversight of instructional designers
