Senior Consultant, Restructuring | Corporate Finance

About The Role In FTI Consulting's Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment, we focus on our clients' strategic, operational, financial, and capital needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders. We are a global consulting firm with over 7,000 employees worldwide with a team of over 100 employees located in every major location in Canada. We operate in small engagement teams to provide direct hands‑on experience to our clients.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day‑to‑day financial activities of restructuring and/or transactions advisory engagements

Apply business, accounting, finance and analysis skills to various client situations and practice disciplines

Review financial statements and perform quality of earnings/cash flow analysis
