MGA is seeking a Contract Administrator / Architectural Technologist to join our Vancouver team and support the construction phase delivery of well‑designed projects. Bring curiosity, rigor, and a collaborative mindset to the construction phase of our work.
What You’ll Get Up To
Lead construction administration independently across a range of project types and delivery methods, including design‑bid‑build, design‑build, and more.
Own site visits and field reports, setting the standard for documentation quality across the CA team.
Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs for alignment with design intent and contract documents, with clear recommendations for Project/Design leads.
Prepare and issue SIs, ASKs, CCNs, and change documents independently.
Maintain accurate and well‑organized project documentation, including logs, meeting minutes, and c...
