The Distribution Sr. Coordinator is responsible for the smooth running of distribution operations in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GDP requirement. The role manages Order to Cash operations (customer orders, deliveries, pricing, tenders, invoicing, and dunning) as well as Customer Master Data through its whole lifecycle (data creation, validation, maintenance, revalidation, and deactivation).

The role acts as the main contact for 3PLs and BeOne Medicines stakeholders (BeOne Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, in-country Commercial teams) on all distribution-related activities. As such, key to the role is the ability to...
