Senior Corporate Counsel, Ethics & Compliance (EMEA)

Cisco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Ethics & Compliance Counsel to join our Global Ethics & Compliance team. This role will serve as a key advisor to regional leadership, helping to embed a strong culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director and Associate General Counsel, Global Ethics & Compliance, you will play a critical role in navigating the complex regulatory and compliance landscape of the region and ensuring adherence to Cisco's ethical standards.

+ Serve as a trusted advisor to regional leadership on compliance risks and mitigation strategies.
+ Monitor, interpret, and advise on applicable regional laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
+ Advise on and negotiate compliance provisions in commercial agreements.
