Senior Cost Analyst

Position SummaryResponsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of manufacturing cost information through variance analysis, inventory control, standard costing management, and financial support to plant operations.This role actively collaborates with production teams and maintains a strong presence on the manufacturing floor to identify improvement opportunities, control cost deviations, and support business decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and explain material, labor, and manufacturing overhead variances.Maintain and manage standard cost structures for products and manufacturing processes.Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and future cost planning activities.Coordinate and validate physical inventories, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.Identify operational deviations impacting production costs and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure the accuracy of financi...
