Senior Counsel

Provide strategic legal leadership for PPG in the Latin America North region, integrating the legal perspective into business decisions, prioritizing and mitigating key risks, and building governance and compliance structures that enable sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and reputational protection for the company. All of this in close collaboration with the region's leaders.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper handling of commercial legal matters (contracts, inquiries, claims, etc.), verifying technical quality, alignment with business strategy, and compliance with internal policies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents, ensuring that the terms protect the company's interests and are operationally viable.
