Summary/Objective The Senior Credit Analyst supports the Credit & Collections Manager in managing customer credit risk, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring timely collections across North American operations. This role is responsible for evaluating customer creditworthiness, managing customer credit exposure, maintaining accurate credit and accounts receivable data, monitoring collection performance, and supporting the timely resolution of outstanding balances.

The position conducts advanced credit analysis for strategic and higher-risk accounts, supports dispute resolution and collection activities, and contributes to the continuous improvement of credit, collections, and accounts receivable processes. The role plays a key part in balancing business growth with risk mitigation by partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations leadership teams across North America.
