Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (Based on experience) + Performance Bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EST
We are looking for a Data & CRM Strategist who is a problem solver at heart. This is a senior-level position designed for someone who understands the logic behind data and can translate it into actionable strategies for non-profit leaders. You will manage projects for 6–10 charitable clients simultaneously, bridging the gap between complex technical systems and fundraising goals.
