Senior Design Lead - CAD & Cross-Functional Projects

A leading engineering consultancy is looking for an experienced Supervisor / Lead Design in Toluca, Mexico. You will lead a team of design engineers through the entire design process, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet specifications. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in design engineering and 2 years in a leadership role, strong knowledge of design software like CATIA and SolidWorks, and excellent project management skills. Fluent English is required, additional languages are a plus.
