General Contractor is seeking experienced Senior Design Manager to focus on ICI projects worth $100m+ in Toronto, ON. Reporting to the Design Services Director, the Senior Design Manager is responsible for contributing to the development of major buildings projects in addition to the overall Pre-Construction process while ensuring procedures and best practices are followed. The Senior Design Manager manages and provides input into the design process with respect to initial strategy and development of the overarching design philosophy while identifying, managing, and mitigating risk; additionally the individual is accountable for ensuring the Consultant team is meeting compliance and contractual obligations.
