About this Opportunity
The Senior Director, Enforcement Litigation is a critical leadership role within CIRO’s Enforcement function. The Senior Directoris responsible forthe management and oversight of enforcement proceedings.
These enforcement proceedings relate to CIRO Investment Dealer and Partially Consolidated (IDPC) Rules, Mutual Fund Dealer (MFD) Rules, the Universal Market Integrity Rules (UMIR), and related securities law requirements. This role manages the conduct of enforcement proceedings by Enforcement Counsel across the country to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach.
