Senior Director, Mid-Market Mergers & Acquisitions

What is the opportunity? RBC’s Mid-Market M&A team advises private companies on divestitures, acquisitions, buyouts and carveouts. We are Canada’s largest dedicated Mid-Market M&A team within RBC’s Corporate Client Group in Commercial Banking. As Senior Director, you will build on and lead RBC’s M&A presence in Winnipeg, driving growth across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. This senior role combines strategic leadership, client relationship management, and end-to-end transaction execution.

What will you do?

Originate, pitch, and win M&A mandates by building trust with entrepreneurial clients and leveraging RBC’s platform

Advise business owners on complex transactions, guiding them through negotiation and closing processes

Partner with Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Private Banking and Capital Markets teams to identify opportunities and strengthen RBC’s brand
