Senior Director of BIM, Modelling and Integration Function

Overview The Senior Director of BIM, Modelling, Integration, and Configuration Management is a strategic technology leader responsible for shaping and governing the digital backbone of the organization’s design, engineering, and delivery ecosystem. This role oversees enterprise-wide Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategy, advanced 3D/4D/5D modelling, systems integration, data interoperability, and configuration management across complex capital programs. The Senior Director ensures that digital models, data standards, and configuration processes are consistent, secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives.

This leader partners with procurement, construction, IT, operations and project leadership teams to drive digital transformation, enhance lifecycle asset intelligence and enable high-fidelity decision‑making across projects while maintaining compliance with codes, standards and licensing obligations.
