Senior Director, Planning, Strategy & Value – AI & Digital Transformation

What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Director within the RBC AI Group, you will lead the strategy, planning, governance, and value realization for AI & Digital Transformation (ADT) initiatives. What will you do?

Lead ADT Strategy: Articulate and execute RBC’s vision for ADT, aligning with business goals and emerging AI trends. Lead portfolio planning and prioritization for large‑scale AI transformation programs and the ADT team by aligning strategy, funding, and execution to focus on highest‑impact opportunities. Manage executive governance and updates (Board, GE, OC, etc.) with clear decision frameworks. Enhance ADT engagement through leadership forums, committees, summits, and conferences, partnering with Corporate Communications for key events.
