ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Senior Director, Support Engineering, you will...
- Independently lead one or multiple teams of Support Engineering Managers and Support Engineers.
- Work with your team to take ownership of critical technologies or major products.
- Collaborate and communicate to define the functional and technical architecture of engineering teams, making sure that they align with Audible's business strategy and priorities.
- Partner with business leaders, technical managers and Senior/Principal Engineers to determine the long-term potentials of architectures and product offerings.
