Requirements
8+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE experience.
Strong experience with:
Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights – Journeys
Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Power Platform and Power Automate
C#, .NET, JavaScript
Dynamics Plugins and Custom Workflows
REST APIs and OAuth integrations
Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, APIM, Key Vault, Managed Identity, Application Insights, and KQL
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with distributed global teams.
