Main duties of the job

Responsibilities for the role include cleaning duties, giving residents information, and reporting any repairs needed. You will also report abandoned vehicles and illegal parking, ensure communal areas are kept well-lit and hazard-free and take appropriate action in cases of emergency, and provide written reports as requested.

You will need previous caretaking or cleaning experience, a good level of physical fitness, and a good understanding of customer care. It is also important that you are able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team, and that you can prioritise various tasks and carry out basic repairs and maintenance.
