Key Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Build, maintain, and grow client and prospect engagement to maximize the customer journey, attending major meetings, QBRs, events, and serve as their trusted advisor.
- Drive the growth and success of strategic Publisher accounts in the LATAM region.
- Provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical assistance and act as a Subject‑Matter Expert to support clients in their technological choices.
- Offer problem‑solving and troubleshooting assistance for top‑tier clients and internal teams at any stage of the programmatic chain.
- Liaise with Product, Analytics, Quality, and other teams to meet client needs.
