About the Opportunity


We are supporting a respected Western Canadian builder in the search for a Senior Estimator to join their preconstruction team in Vancouver or Victoria. This position is suited for an estimator who thrives on detailed analysis, clear communication, and providing cost certainty for complex ICI projects.


Key Responsibilities, But Not Limited To:

  • Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for institutional, commercial, and light‑industrial projects

  • Review drawings/specifications and confirm scope clarity and completeness

  • Conduct quantity take‑offs, cost analyses, and full pricing submissions

  • Manage subcontractor outreach, qualification, and pricing evaluation

  • Work closely with preconstruction and operations teams to align budgets with design and project objectives
