Senior Estimator Single Family

Position Overview

TheSenior ResidentialEstimator assumes a crucial role within the single-family division. Responsible for a diverse array of tasks and deliverables and reports to the Estimating Manager, theSenior Residential Estimator provides invaluable support to the Estimating Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of residential projects. Conceptual duties encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including the meticulous collection and analysis of cost data, the execution of unit price takeoffs,thefacilitation of project procurement and budget execution processes, and conceptual estimating for custom sales and design center pricing. As projects evolve and requirements shift,additionalduties may be assigned as necessary to support the seamless execution of projects within the single-family division.

Job Duties

• Prepare, review, and coordinate full cost estimates and retail pricing for new model,option, and elevation designs.
