Description

• Direct
  assigned facility personnel to assist in day-to-day operations and
  project completion.
• Support reporting Sr
  Technician / Technician in troubleshooting problems
  encountered.
• Supervising & monitoring
  systems including Electrical, HVAC, Clean room, LEV, FMCS, PCW,
  CDA, RODI, water supply, Fire Fighting and Building
  Maintenance.
• To undertake specific tasks /
  projects given by line manager pertaining to the facilities
  department.
• Perform routine inspections and
  ensure maintenance activities are being carried out properly to
  ensure the plant is being operated in a safe and cost-effective
  manner.
• Develop and upkeep predictive &
  preventive maintenance programs for facilities
  systems.
• Develop and upkeep operation &
  maintenance work instructions and checklists for facilities
  systems.
