Senior Finance Analyst

**Aerospace** is looking for 2 **Operations Finance Analysts** for the UK region, one in **Titchfield** and pne in **Bedhampton** - providing support to the FMC UK sites. This role performs a range of routine plant finance activities requiring a strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing finance. The position also drives short‑term improvement projects that enhance accuracy and efficiency, supporting the plant’s long‑term success.

**What you’ll do:**

+ Assist in preparation of the monthly forecast and annual profit plan for the site
+ Analyze financial data and performance metrics related to operations to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
+ Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, presentations and ad-hoc financial analysis to support the site
+ Measure cycle count accuracy and work closely with the materials team to drive compliance with cycle count policies and goals.
