Senior Financial Analyst 3months

Client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a short-term contract engagement. In this role, you will support quarterly reviews and annual external audits, prepare financial statements and supporting documentation, and perform technical accounting research.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual external audits with auditors and internal stakeholders
• Prepare consolidation working papers, financial statements, and note disclosures
• Develop audit committee materials and other reporting analyses
• Perform technical accounting research and draft accounting memos under IFRS
• Prepare selected month-end reconciliations
• Support ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• Professional accounting designation (CPA) with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Background in public accounting is considered an asset
