Senior Financial Analyst – 12 Month Contract (High Potential to Convert Permanent)
Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
Our client, a leading financial institution, is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a 12-month contract opportunity located in Downtown Toronto. This role has strong potential to convert into a permanent position. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional with a strong background in month-end reporting, consolidations, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end close and reporting activities
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and working papers
Perform multi-entity consolidations and financial reporting
Complete bank reconciliations and support general ledger activities
Analyze financial results and investigate variances
Assist with audit support and ad hoc financial analysis
