About the Opportunity

• Prepare, review and issue chargeback bills to internal stakeholders via Dynamics 365 project invoice proposal module and disburse bills via our custom-built billing tool
• Maintain billing contacts and act as the primary point of contact for Fund Operations and Investment teams to coordinate on billing settlements
• Review and post journal entries related to adjustments and corrections, ensuring all entries are supported by appropriate documentation
• Reconcile incoming payments and accurately apply cash receipts against outstanding invoices, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner to ensure accurate account...
