Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

Position Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key business partner for stakeholders throughout the business providing data and insights to improve informed decisions. Utilizing strong financial reporting, analytical, critical thinking, and communication, this role supports cross functional partners, the Senior Financial Analyst will support management in driving the business forward.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days onsite at our Mississauga Head Office.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Prepare month-end close reporting, including:
  • Preparation of financial/operational reports
  • Variance analysis including root cause analysis, developing action plans, and executing on those plans with team management
  • Balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Analysis of results vs. budget, forecast and prior year
