Senior Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will act as a key business partner supporting the Hospitality division, working in a highly dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the North America P&L, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and EBIT analysis
• Deliver monthly management reporting with variance analysis versus forecast, budget, and prior periods
• Report to the Director of FP&A on forecast, profitability analysis, and strategic initiatives
• Lead weekly sales forecasting, quarterly outlooks, and the annual financial planning process
• Create dashboards and reporting for Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, and acquisitions
• Develop Advanced financial models for scenario analysis and investment decisions
• Translate complex financial data into clear, decision-oriented insights for non-finance
