This role supports the financial reporting and planning functions for a growing North American portfolio. Responsibilities: Review monthly financial packages from third-party operators, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support investment onboarding and offboarding, including coordination with property managers and review of entity structures, closing statements, and related financial documentation. Lead process improvements related to intercompany reconciliations. Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial deliverables, including IFRS reporting packages, investment performance updates, and lender/co-investor reports.
