We have two Senior Financial Modeller opportunities within our Financial Modelling and Data team – one permanent and one fixed term/secondment until August 2027. Both positions can be based in our either Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) or Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) office.
You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial modelling to support the regulation of infrastructure, as well as provide robust advice on the financial position of our regulated businesses. You will make cost of capital determinations and monitor the financial position of regulated businesses. You may also be involved in other work across the Commission.
The indicative salary range for the Senior Financial Modeller is $123,386 - $145,160 plus 3.5% KiwiSaver employer contribution. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects their individual skills, experience, and internal relativities across the organisation.
