We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Java and JavaScript for backend and frontend development, specializing in Okta support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Identity Access Management and customer support, with Okta certification.
What You'll Do
Provide end-to-end technical support for Okta, including initial troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Support Identity Access Management systems, including LDAP, SSO, SAML, and WS-Fed protocols.
Develop and maintain backend services using Java and frontend applications using JavaScript frameworks.
