What You'll Do

• Install, configure, and maintain gaming equipment, including live-dealer tables and peripherals
• Manage firmware and software updates, ensuring seamless communication between gaming and media servers
• Diagnose and resolve real-time technical issues to protect broadcast continuity
• Maintain clear system documentation equipment inventories, network diagrams, and maintenance logs
• Support deployment of new games and equipment across the studio
• Train and mentor junior equipment and technical support staff
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and production teams daily
