As a Senior Geologist reporting to the Alberta Geoscience Manager, you will evaluate geological data and support asset development plans. This 8+ year role requires collaboration across multiple disciplines and regular presentations to leadership for technical recommendations and approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct geological evaluations using core data and well logs
• Generate insights to support asset development strategies
• Prepare technical recommendations and present to leadership
• Evaluate land opportunities for acquisition or divestiture
• Monitor industry advancements and integrate new technologies
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Geology with 8+ years in oil and gas
• Registered with APEGA or equivalent
