Position Summary
System LSI is a division within Samsung Semiconductors Europe dedicated to enhancing cars with cutting-edge infotainment systems and sensors to ensure safe driving. As a Senior Hardware Customer Quality Manager - Automotive in our System LSI business, you will play a central role in enhancing automotive safety and customer satisfaction contributing to the EMEA growing organization, while working in a diverse and multi-cultural environment.In this role, you will work as a member of the System LSI quality team supporting the R&D and industrial engineering teams. You will define quality improvement priorities through monitoring and analysis of customer complaint data. By making objective judgments and driving continuous improvement you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
