Senior HBM Layout Engineer – Analog/Mixed-Signal

3050 Micron Semiconductor Mexico, S.de R.L. de C.V. is hiring a Layout Design Engineer for its HBM Team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role focuses on designing and verifying high-bandwidth memory layouts to support AI and high-performance computing applications.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in analog/custom layout design and a BE or MTech in Electronic/VLSI Engineering. Proficiency in Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphics Calibre is essential. The position requires effective communication with global teams and delivering layouts on time.
