**HR Business Partner – Test & Measurement (Europe)**
**Location: Yerevan, Armenia**
Are you looking for an HR role where you can truly partner with the business and make a tangible impact on employee experience? We are looking for a senior **HR Business Partner (HRBP)** to join our Europe GEO HR team, based in **Yerevan** .
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, balancing strategic HR partnership with hands-on operational support, while contributing to regional and global HR initiatives.
**What You Will Do**
+ Serve as the **primary HR Business Partner** for leaders in Armenia and selected European T&M locations where we do not have a physical site.
+ Partner closely with site and functional leaders to support our employees
+ Drive or support complex HR projects
+ Provide **practical, compliant, and people-focused HR guidance** to managers, acting as a trusted coach and problem-solver.
