Description
Take the lead in HVAC installations with Enercare in Barrie. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient installations for home services.
As a Lead Installer reporting to the Install Field Manager, you will be responsible for installations of HVAC systems and water heaters. With a minimum of three years of installation experience, you'll promote Enercare products and advise customers on equipment repairs or replacements. Your role also includes maintaining a clean and stocked installation vehicle, while ensuring tools are in safe working order.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high customer satisfaction in installations
• Complete HVAC and water heater installations efficiently
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order
• Arrange pre-measurements with customers when necessary
