Senior Information Technology Manager

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Valiram Group is Southeast Asia's leading luxury and lifestyle retail conglomerate, operating 600+ stores across 9 countries. We are seeking high-impact Senior IT Leaders to be based in Jakarta, to anchor technology delivery at the country and brand level.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a technically strong individual with the ambition and capacity to grow into a regional Technology & Digitization leader.

KEY DETAILS

Responsibilities:

• Lead all IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery in-country
• Own POS and retail systems for assigned brands
• Drive digital initiatives: RFID, mobile POS, CRM/loyalty, e-commerce
• Manage IT support teams and vendor relationships at country level
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and Group IT
• Participate in regional transformation programmes (ERP rollout, etc)
