Senior Interior Designer

Job Description

The Senior Interior Designer is part of a team delivering Space Layout & Interior design, Functional Space Planning and Furniture Procurement Support services. They will develop design concepts, strategic occupancy plans and forecasts according to client needs and specifications, considering factors such as cost, budget, timelines, environment, structural impact and limitations. Design work must meet client specifications and be delivered within budget and timelines. This includes information gathering, needs analysis/validation, stacking, blocking, preliminary planning and design brief development. Options are developed in support of annual planning and in response to client on‑demand business needs. The Senior Interior Designer works with internal BGIS staff as well as client and external consultants to ensure timely, successful implementation of TFMS Services and client project work.
