Salary range: COP 8,000,000 – 10,000,000 monthly

The Senior IT Governance, Risk, Compliance & Change Specialist supports the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of IT governance, risk management, compliance, audit readiness, and change management processes across the organization.

This role works closely with IT Operations, Cybersecurity, Applications, Infrastructure, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure IT processes remain documented, auditable, compliant, and aligned with business requirements.
