About the Team

Our Database Experience (DBX) Team builds the libraries and tools that developers use day‑to‑day working with MongoDB. Our mission is to increase developer adoption, satisfaction and retention by providing a reliable, enjoyable interface for developers and other end‑users.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for maintaining the following public driver projects and related tooling:

• Java driver –
• Java Reactive Streams Driver –
• Scala Driver –
• Kotlin Driver –
• Spark Connector –
• Other JVM‑based projects, including ORMs such as and AI tools.

Additional duties include:

• Collaborating with Product, Server, Cloud, and other driver teams on design and specification of new customer‑facing MongoDB features.
