Senior Key Account Manager (Sr. KAM)
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long‑term partnerships with assigned key accounts to drive sales and gross profit performance.
- Coordinate the overall execution of the business plan, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market trends.
- Serve as the primary BFM point of contact and orchestrate cross‑functional resources to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Lead contract negotiations and develop account business plans that meet strategic objectives and respond to market changes.
- Elaborate and present executive business summaries, including business results, market data, financial outcomes, and operational issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (KSH, finance, marketing, field sales) to identify and implement new business opportunities.
