Senior Leasing and Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Market and lease retail/F&B units to new potential tenants
• Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy
• Lease administration of tenants and handling tenancy‑related issues
• Handle lease renewal negotiations with existing tenants
• Prepare and finalise lease agreements and other leasing‑related documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns
• Monitor and track tenants' performance and compliance with lease agreements
• Ensure timely rent payments from tenants – arrears management
• Provide regular leasing reports and updates to management
• Ensure smooth operations of the Chinatown Street Market
• Supervise cleaners and pest control contractor
• Liaise with contractor when necessary
